Abstract
  • Since large numbers of people are not ministered to at the level of actual, practical utilization of their personal gifts, skills, and abilities, i.e., their vocational stewardship, therefore, the ministry of the church needs a systematic and thorough course of study for those requiring assistance with their careers. This was prepared over a period of twelve years with a broad spectrum of workers in the church and the business market-place. The viewpoint is that of the stewardship of one's talent. The result is a detailed seminary and advanced pastoral studies course in twenty sessions of two hours each.
