Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to develop a strategy that will enable First Baptist Church, Bemis, in Jackson, Tennessee, to reclaim members who have become chronically inactive. The process of development will include the creation of a leadership team that will be involved throughout the process of research, planning, development, and the initial stage of implementation. The initial stage of implementation in regard to this project will be to present the strategy tot he deacon body for their consideration. The rejection or approval of the strategy will not determine the success of the project. The goal is to develop the strategy and present it tot he church, through the proper channels, for vote. Approval or rejection is beyond the scope of this project.
