Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to influence Korean-American church leaders to develop sensitivity toward children's ministry by providing children's ministry seminar and training. The project consisted of survey, seminar, training and follow-up with churches. As a result, church leaders and Sunday school teachers were challenged and changed attitude toward children's ministry. However, in order to implement effective children's ministry, more is required than changed hearts of leaders. Children's ministry must incorporate parents to minister to God's children as a team for effectiveness and for excellence.
