Researched over a six-month period while touring the US, during which 400 pastors and Christian leaders were interviewed, this manual presents practical suggestions for developing ministries based on commitment to discipleship, commitment to strong family relationships, and commitment to discipling a few believers at a time. Church ministries of preaching and teaching, of reformative discipline, and of vital family involvement are found to create an atmosphere of discipleship.
