Abstract
  • Conflicts are bound to exist in the gathering of individuals. However, church should be able to play a role as the field of unity and not of conflict. In order for this to happen, transition of how you and I perceive each other should first take place. Just as Christ took the form of a man, we need courage of the incarnation to be humble before we expect anyone else to be. Also, rather than indiscreetly misunderstanding the intention of others or judging them with a preconceived notion, we need determination to see them as individuals different from me. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator may be used as an auxiliary tool in church to make this determination.
