  • The materials and research contained in this project are a lecture on biblical leadership. It is directed to the church leadership of the Africa Inland Church (Kenya), but the information is applicable to the church at large. The underlying theme of the dissertation is spiritual leadership as demonstrated in the Bible. The paper was given to two readers, a seminary professor and a senior pastor, to evaluate on biblical credibility and literary standard. It is the aim of the writer to assist in preparing effective church leaders who will have a dynamic impact upon local churches.
