Abstract
  • Getting helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable evaluation of weekly sermons is a challenge for the average preacher. After carefully defining a theology of expository preaching, this project utilized the gifts and abilities of seven evangelical pastors to each preach twice, and then critically evaluate and comment on the messages of the other six, over a six month time frame. It was primarily accomplished over the internet. The dialogue, interaction, analysis and response proved essentially positive in nature, and encouraged each preacher to grow in his skills and ability to effectively communicate expository messages from God's Word.
