Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop an equipping program to train a select group of individuals in the United States Army Daenner Protestant congregation in Kaiserlauten, Germany, to transition their chapel service to a contemporary, seeker friendly worship format. The individuals who completed this training received information on worship styles and doctrinal elements of worship and were taught technical and practical skills to plan and conduct weekly contemporary, seeker friendly worship services. The project director measured the participants' new knowledge by administering pretests and posttests and by assigning small group projects which pertained to the workshop subjects.
