Abstract
  • This project proposes that pastors who cultivate their own godly character through intimate knowledge of the triune God also learn teamwork leadership and discover direction after God's own heart for a charismatic theology. Prepared with an appropriate knowledge of God, a pastor glorifies the Father, serves the Lord Jesus Christ, and obeys the Holy Spirit. With this understanding of the Trinity a pastor can then teach believers, plan ministries, and lead a congregation to a life pleasing to God, bearing true and effective witness.
