- The project examines the initiation and the modes of association of single adult ministries with Oklahoma Assemblies of God churches in urban and rural settings. The primary goal was to evaluate key factors in the development of assimilative (singles in) or associative (singles out) ministries and to characterize the relationship between these ministries and the host churches during the years 1979-1983. Final recommendations for developing, coordinating and sustaining single adult ministry and its leadership are integrated with the literature of the period.
