Abstract

The purpose of this project is to enhance the project director's doctrinal preaching to increase congregational awareness of selected Baptist doctrines at the First Baptist Church of Eunice at Eunice, Louisiana. The project will include the investigation of componenst of doctrinal preaching, the identification of key Baptist doctrines, the preparation and delivery of doctrinal sermons, the utilization of adults within the congregation as recipients and resources who will provide a rubric based evaluation, and the enlistment of an expert in preaching to provide sermon delivery analysis also using a predetermined rubric. The project dirctor will utilze the minstiry-skill enhancement model.
