- Using a descriptive online survey of 13 pastors and 108 attendees, this author researched and found the six most important factors for assimilating attendees into the full life of the church were: the pastor factor, platform ministries, relational connection, lay involvement, having an intentional process, and aligning mission, vision, and values.
