Abstract
  • A six stage ethical decision-making model was developed which integrated Kohlberg's six stages of development in moral judgment and Christian theology. The model was tested in a business ethics seminar which utilized case studies from the participants' business experiences. The major case study of the seminar was Eli Lilly Company's attempts to operate ethically in South Africa. The evaluation of the seminar indicated that the decision-making model does hold promise as a method to help business people relate their Christian faith and their business decisions in a more integral way.
