Abstract
  • The basis of this research project was twofold: the biblical instructions regarding unity and diversity; and, cross-cultural management and training literature. This basis was applied to action research wherein the researcher taught and evaluated a course on cross-cultural leadership to a class of prospective cross-cultural leaders (students) at Calvary Bible College. A journal kept by each student and a semistructured interview confirmed the hypothesis that training on the biblical mandate and practicality of unity in diversity, diverse leadership styles, and cross-cultural conflict resolution, increased the student's commitment to unity and diversity in cross-cultural Christian leadership.
