Abstract
  • This thesis is a response to the massive exodus of Hong Kong people in fear of the 1997 return to Chinese sovereignty. The purpose is to challenge the Chinese churches to mobilize their members to expand their ministry beyond the four walls of the church. A model is developed as an outline for any Chinese church which may wish to minister to these newcomers.
