Abstract
  • This project is about the development of a church volunteer office assistance and lay ministry team. Five women entered into a covenant relationship of individual 'daily presence' in a church office over a four-year period. A covenant relationship encouraged a connection between the spiritual formation of the participants and their works of Christian hospitality. Individual narratives of each participant were recorded, from which the writer assembled a Delphi survey to describe those works of Christian hospitality and forms of spiritual development. Findings were also taken from monthly group meetings.
