Abstract
  • The purpose of this product was, first, to conduct a descriptive survey to determine the frequency and nature of angelic visitations among Christians in three contexts. Perceived encounters with angels were most frequent among charismatic Christians, less frequent among non-charismatic fundamentalists, and least frequent among Catholics. Descriptions of angelic of a divine presence, encounters with human beings perceived to be angels, and perceived encounters with celestial beings. The purpose of this product was, secondly to develop a manuscript for a popularly written book on angelology published under the same title.
