Abstract
  • This project trains 54 laypersons from the Fort Worth East District of the United Methodist Church in the development of ministry teams. These teams recover the rightful work of the laity and develop a continuous quality model of planning and implementing worship. Participants come to the training with an understanding that worship is not the sole domain of 'professionals' and depart with a desire to lead in reclaiming the 'work of the people.' Additional training concentrates on practical aspects of worship planning.
