Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to create a model for leadership training utilizing a partnership between local churches in the North Central Ohio District and Grace Theological Seminary. The research question was: 'What is a better model for the holistic development and effective training of future leaders within the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches?' The design of this project was the creation of a model that was evaluated by a panel of experts. Based upon the results of the evaluation, a partnership for leadership training can only occur when the churches and the seminary first renew their relationship.
