Abstract
  • This project includes a description of the ministry setting, an account of the research phase, a coverage of the project activities, evaluation and conclusions. The project took place in the centennial year of St Luke's Lutheran Church (Monroe, NC). The historical interest and activities of the centennial celebrations provided impetus for the project. The congregation was quite small for most of its life and entered the centennial year with a need of a new image of itself accounting for recent growth. A congregational vision statement is featured in its various stages of development.
