- Abstract
- This study has been undertaken in an attempt to find how there can be a direct, beneficial link between the wisdom of older women and the rest of the community of faith. To accomplish this task, open-ended interviews with seven women in the 73-78 year-old range have been conducted: two married, two single, two widowed, and one divorced. Additionally, there have been conversations with the daughters of a second divorced woman who died before the scheduled interview. What has been found is that the women interviewed definitely possessed integrity, but not necessarily wisdom.
