- The objective of the project was to develop and implement a healthy lifestyle program for the members of Bull-Bay Seventh-Day Adventist Church, so they can be lifestyle facilitators. The author facilitated pre- and post-screening clinics and administered questionnaires before and after a twelve-week implementation program to see if there were any change(s) in lifestyle patterns. Participants experienced decrease in hypertension, body mass index and lowered blood glucose levels. The findings showed that persons who get involved in some lifestyle behavioral change can experience positive change. The trained persons were expected to propagate the information throughout the community regarding lifestyle change and health.
