Abstract
  • This thesis presents the concept of the Spirit-filled life as understood by a Korean American immigrant church. The topic is presented with the help of biblical, theological and historical sources. The theological method of the Wesleyan Quadrilateral is used with the understanding that Tradition, Experience and Reason are subservient to the primary source of Scripture. In addition to providing a strong spiritual foundation for the life and mission of All Peoples Church, it is hoped that this thesis will be useful in the starting of other Korean immigrant churches throughout North America who want to give top priority to the importance of 'being filled with the Holy Spirit' with experiencing 'the baptism of the Holy Spirit.'
