Abstract
  • The goal of this project was to discover the accuracy of a strategy planning process for ministry in a small rural church which has less than 200 members, averages less than 50 in Sunday School and is located in a community of less than 2500 people. The project successfully helped a selected church write and adopt the following: a statement of purpose; a one year ministry objective; three goals that facilitate the achievement of the objective; and action plans to carry out their objective and goals. The project was conducted over three months and involved the church in three sessions.
