Abstract

This study was on the effect of mentor enrichment training on students in Compassion International's Leadership Development Program, and on their achievement of spiritual, physical, cognitive, socio-emotional and servant leadership outcomes. Quantitative and qualitative approaches were used including pre- and posttest surveys and focused group discussions. Statistically, findings from this study suggested a positive effect of mentoring enrichment training on all outcomes. Results of this project will be used to inform the review and redesigning of the Leadership Development Program mentoring strategy and training curriculum.
