Abstract
  • God has given gifts to all who are called into the church, to benefit all of God's people. Some are gifted to be seekers of the gifted. The challenge is to mobilize these steward-seekers, who can open doors to service, especially at the regional levels of the church. The method used was to design interventions to test this theory in a particular regional body for several months, after studying the dynamics of volunteerism, biblical teaching, tradition, and current studies in the sociology of groups. The result was an increased number of qualified volunteers.
