Abstract
  • The purpose of this research was to evaluate the cognitive, affective, and behavioral changes of participants as a result of completing the Christian Believer Doctrinal Study. This research was an evaluative study that utilized a pretest, posttest, and focus group design with no comparison group. The sample for this study included three churches of diverse theological identities. Three scales were used in this research: the Religious Behavior Scale, the Christian Orthodoxy Scale, and the Religious World View Scale. A statistically significant change occurred on all three scales as a result of completing the Christian Believer Study.
