  • The purpose of this project was to equip the staff and key members of First Baptist Church, Dover, Arkansas, to perform church-related risk management. The project had three phases: research, workshop development, and workshop presentation. The key volunteers participated in a four-session church-related risk management workshop developed by the project director. The church staff participated in the four-session workshop and were involved in the workshop development phase as risk management procedures were developed in light of the project director's research.
