Abstract

This project enlists and trains a task force to implement strategic planning and enhance leadership in First Baptist Church (Clyde, Tex). In ten seminars church leaders come to understand the importance of administration, leadership, and planning. They adopt a statement of purpose for the church and assess the present state and relations of church and community. Each major area of ministry concentration adopts a vision statement, evaluates its current ministry, and implements strategic planning.
