  • This project-thesis concerns the development of 29 ministry teams. It deals with several areas of the varied roles of the church, as a tool for activation of local church ministry. The ministry teams function not only to bring church ministry to concretely respond to needs of both a congregation and a secular people, but also to make connections between a congregation's abstract faith and their current reality. In addition, this study documents various methods to make local church ministry function to nurture its own congregation's spirituality, either as participants or as effective lay leaders in its ministry.
