- Abstract
- This project takes an intrinsic as well as extrinsic look at the principles of staff development. These principles are examined through research, workshops, interviews, and comprehensive analysis. What results from this work first of all, is a conscientious attempt to understand staff development from a staff member's point of view. Secondly, an in-depth look is taken of the pastor's position in the church and how his/her position can be utilized to facilitate growth and development of staff personnel.
