Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to discover through survey responses how United States army chaplains maintained their spiritual resilience while deployed in support of Operation Iraq and Enduring Freedom. I used the responses received from combat seasoned chaplains to create a ranked list of factors most helpful toward building spiritual resilience through deployment and to measure the overall impact that combat deployment has on the spirituality of chaplains.
