- This project proposes a model of ministry for lay visitation teams in local congregations, emphasizing the role and influence of pastoral supervision in sustaining lay visitation after initial recruitment and training. In team meetings, skill building, and supervisory conversation participants produce covenant relationships that deepen self-awareness, improve ministering skills, increase awareness of God's actions, and strengthen discipleship.
