Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop and train a Conflict Mediation Team within the Northwest Georgia Baptist Association, which includes all of Walker County and part of Catoosa County, Georgia. The Conflict Mediation Team will assist, when invited, any church in conflict. This project included: (1) research into an understanding of conflict and (2) the development of training sessions that included biblical examples of conflict; the causes, levels, and stages of conflict; and the help that a Conflict Mediation Team can offer.
