Abstract
  • This project proposes a holistic approach to fellowship and church development in order that Saint George's Methodist Church might become a community-oriented congregation. Based on historical research and interviews of senior members and current leaders, the project conducts a training program for leaders and members, focusing on intergenerational activities and application of management and administrative skills. Congregations must embrace the challenge of continuous planning and management of human, spiritual, and material resources, and they must also encourage participation of members to guarantee a long life for the plans, programs, and organizations of the church.
