Abstract
  • In Chapter I, the specific problem of the absence of lay involvement in the planning process related to holy worship will be discussed. The context in which the project takes place will be explicit for the reader and the projected resolution to the problem will also be advocated. Definitions and explanations of the terminologies used in this report will serve to remind the reader of the perimeters of the project. The reader will then be led through research in worship and the planning of worship which supports the thesis of this report. Since the project itself involves the work of a Task Force facilitated by a clergyperson, I will reflect upon my theoretical approach for small group leadership and administrative role as it relates to that responsibility.
