Abstract
  • God's intention for the church is to grow and reach new people for the kingdom. Barriers often keep the church from this natural growth. The purpose of this project is to train key leaders of New Life Baptist Church to identify these barriers and make plans to remove them. Through a leadership workshop and follow-up meetings leaders were prepared to use studies of the church and communtiy to arrive at detailed plans to address the brriers found. For New Life this project has resulted in an immediate plan o action and an ongoing process to allow continued growth.
