- This project maintains that pursuing church health and church growth is biblically normative and equally essential. Chapter 1 describes College Avenue Baptist Church (CABC) as a prime example of the 200 barrier. Chapter 2 provides a biblical framework for the development of a growth strategy. Chapter 3 sets forth a description of the 200 barrier with principals to overcome it. Chapter 4 described how growth barriers were identified at CABC. Chapter 5 evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of the project. The project led to improving the overall health of CABC and to the development of an ongoing growth strategy.
