Abstract
  • The determining factors causing the transformation of one congregation and the brokenness of another have to do with a church's family system dynamics and the church's positional Christ-centered spiritual maturity or immaturity. This project is one that studied and utilized a learned understanding of the system dynamics of two small church families; then incorporated specific spiritual disciplines, such as, Christ-centered spiritual acts of worship, biblical infusion in the church's life, and pointed spiritual practices at places of corporate conflict. This proved to be profitable for healing and transforming these small church families and brought then to find their Christ-centered calling.
