Abstract
  • The Chinese House Church are having the tremendous growth in the recent 30 years. Yet they also are facing prodigious opportunities and challenges that are never there before. The greatest among them are internal power struggles of the churches, inadequacy of leaderships, dissension due to disunion, chasing fame and money dysfunctional of church disciplines, compromising to sins.etc. Through a more systematic research and analysis on these crisis and challenges, this thesis is to propose contextual institutional regulations for CHC. Furthermore, through the disciplines of Pastoral Ministries, this research can also help to raise the pastoral leadership strength of the pastors in CHC.
