Abstract
  • This project is a study on the influence of postmodern thought upon a select group of Chinese churchgoers in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It proposes to find out what is the influence of postmodern thought on the respondents of the questionnaire and what are the implications for pastoral ministry. The research discloses the influence of postmodern thought upon the 109 participants of the survey project. The first chapter is about some current problems in ministry. The second chapter discusses four basic theological principles relevant to the investigation. The third chapter reviews available literature pertinent to the research. The final chapter provides analysis of the survey data, including strategies for postmodern pastoral ministry.
