Abstract
  • This thesis was designed to approach local urban churches of the Assemblies of God tradition with a survey in order to discover what the urban church believes to be important subjects to develop into urban ministry curricula for North Central Bible College's Carlson Institute. The project sought to gain information by giving a force field analysis survey to ten Assembly of God churches. From their response to the survey relevant curricula could be developed to prepare people for urban ministry. The project demonstrated favorable results as the survey was given successfully. The results were tabulated, suggestions were received, and an urban ministry curricula was decided upon, in part, from the response of the urban church to the Carlson Institute.
