- Abstract
- This project was designed to develop partnership between the North American Mission Board and its partners that jointly sponsor Baptist ministry centers across North America. These partners are the Baptist ministry center directors, state baptist conventions/fellowships, and local Baptist associations. The practical means of developing the partnership was the development of an assessment tool for the ministry centers. Once the tool was developed, it was field tested in seven Baptist ministry centers. The testing was also done in partnership as the various partners came together at the centers for an on-site visit and assessment. The lessons learned through this project about developing and strengthening partnership will be valuable in developing and strengthening partnerships at NAMB in the future.
