- Abstract
- This project proposes that servant leadership lies at the heart of what it means to be a Christian male today, and explores this concept in the domains of work, church, marriage, family, and self-care with 10 men of two distinct generations. One group of participants is more than 60 years old, while the other is entering middle age. Using leadership principles developed by Robert K Greenleaf and Stephen R Covey, the project grounds servant leadership in the person and life of Jesus and in building relationships across generations.
