Abstrakt

The Korean church has recently seen the decline of the class meeting that John Wesley regarded as a field of discipleship training. As a result, the church is faced with spiritual stagnation that keeps it from growing. The church has tried in vain to employ various programs to get over this. Based on the pastoral analysis that the dullness of the class meeting is attributed to the lack of spirit and performance of the class leaders, this paper explores the ten components of servant leadership as a way of restoring the roles of the class leader and activating the function of the class meeting. A training tool for the class leaders is presented.
