Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to present a definition of Christian vocation which focuses on faith-sharing as a primary means of communicating the Christian gospel. This definition derives from the study of selected texts from Luke/Acts and selected writings of Dietrich Bonhoeffer; to reflect on the social-cultural dynamics affecting the ability of Christians to affirm and practice their divinely ordained vocation in daily life; and, to present sermons and expositions challenging people with their own call to Christian vocation as examples for pastors who preach on the subject.
