- Abstract
- A descriptive survey, entitled Ministry Influence Survey, was created to determine the strengths and weaknesses of Joy Community Fellowship in relation to eight areas that distinguish healthy, growing churches. The survey was verified by a group of ministry leaders and then administered to the leadership team of Joy Community Fellowship. A second survey was given to a cross-section of the congregation. The Ministry Influence survey showed where the leadership team of Joy needed to spend their time, energy, and finances to have the most impact and influence for Christ. The findings drawn may provide a framework from which future church plants in our region will be able to work.
