- Abstract
- This thesis studies a church's response to domestic abuse. People associated with Mennonite churches in Winnipeg are the focus of this study. The study works with two hypotheses: first, there is domestic violence among Mennonites, and second, that people in abusive situations turn to the church for help. Results indicate that domestic violence does exist among Mennonites, but that victims of abuse do not seek help from the church.
