  • Fostering biblical relationships by introducing covenant-making is the project's focus. It hypothesizes that orchestrating covenant relationships produce a benefit to a small group's relational health by restraining both harmful cultural values and weak human nature that dissuades people from nurturing resilient bonds. To promote the acceptance of covenant-making, a three-step process includes assessment, instruction and training, and implementation for a facilitator to follow based upon exegetical and theological proofs supported by supplemental sociology research. The assessment step was applied to a local church's small group program and evaluated. Conclusions set in place elements for furhter research into covenant-making's effectiveness.
