Abstract
  • This project shows how a ministry focused on bilingual/cross-cultural concerns can assist individuals and families in the Korean immigrant community. It conceptualizes, implements and evaluates a vision of the role of the Korean immigrant church in the United States. The practicum included focused interviews and a questionnaire survey which was an effort to find, observe and identify the problems/needs of bilingual/cross-cultural ministry in the Korean immigrant church and community. The project presented and evaluated three different programmatic models for bilingual/cross-cultural ministry: a model of worship, a social service center, and a family life model.
